I have some really nice video of our cat. I video taped geese flying over the marsh the other day, but most of that footage was taken on Standby. I must have bumped the red button. Every once in a while I flip the switches trying to get the sound to work. My PD170 looks great on my tripod.

My girlfriend recently got a Siamese kitten. This has made for some lovely and cute footage, yes. One of my favorite home video subjects has been my girlfriend's handsome hands while sewing dresses. Amazing. I shot some footage of her the other day, up in the loft, cutting up a blouse pattern. Mid day sunlight came blasting in on her from the side, across half of her face, her hands and the pattern, through a skylight. I used the 15fps pro scan and the fastest shutterspeed available on this camera. Pretty incredible stuff, some of it.
