12x zoom question

Does anyone know what the 12x zoom equates to as a 35mm lens?

Thanks
Joe

The VX/PD equates to a 43.2 to 518.4mm, which is why the first accessory many people buy is a decent wide-angle converter.

Thanks Tom, I have to take some stills with a 35mm from a location I taped last year (top of the cn tower). Thanks again, Joe
