I'm having the hardest time finding a bag for my vx2000 heres the thing if I could find a bag big enough to hold the vx2000 and my digi rebel that would be awesome. anyone have any experience with giant bags? I've taking me cams with me to local area camera stores and nothing is even close, I can barely find a bag to hold the vx2000. thanks for any help

Dont know what style of bag you are looking for but i use a LowePro nature trekker AW II backpack and depending on how much gear you have in your vx and rebel kits you should be able to configure the inside to easily hold your VX and Rebel unless you like to carry a bunch of big lenses for the slr then that of course will eat up a lot of the space.

THe standard Sony bag for the VX/PD cameras will hold my PD150, PC110 and my Nikon D70 with no problem. It is half-way between a soft bag and a hard case in terms of protection. Heavy nylon shell with semi-hard foam padding in the walls. The interior has dividers that adhere with Velcro.
The case is small enough to carry onboard an aircraft. Probably not the best bag in the world but it isn't a $400 bag either.

The LowePro Vidcam 6 is inexpensive and plenty large enough for a VX-2100 and lots of other stuff. They are widely available at most "real" camera stores. The other suggestions are good ones too.
