still mixing tape brand problems?

i know, done to death, but haven't been following the thread for years (months?).

anyway, have been happily using/mixing sony and tdk in 170 for three years. no problems.

client turned up for doco with boxes! of new pan. dvm63pq tapes.

as ever, tapes are simply shot on, no editing, no rock n rolling in camera. have shot the odd pan. tape in camera in the past with no problem, am i safe simply shooting this bunch of tapes without mixing others in between?

You're right, it has been beaten to death. And is currently being beaten beyond death in the following thread. Let's confine the discussion there, OK? Thanks....
