No, I meant XDCAM Transfer. I got the sense that the stock house was on Mac and just couldn't get XDCAM Transfer to work because he only sent the CLPR folder.

In the first level under BPAV is
CLIPR which I guess they have
but there's also
TAKR - which might be empty BUT there's
CUEUP.XML
MEDIAPRO.XML
which both have important data in them.
