Thanks, that makes sense - auto iris for the day, but don't let the auto iris/gain control control the camera into the night.

Oh, and we've been getting one or two torrential downpours and black storm clouds almost every day for nearly a month now. Gloom and monsoon-like rains - two of Florida's best-kept secrets. (Okay, coastal conditions are usually a little better, but I'm about 1 hour inland.)
