EX1->USB Stick->PS3 at DVinfo.net

So what would be the highest quality format to do this transfer to the Play Station 3? I have a 16 gig usb stick, can the PS3 read directly from it smoothly?

Help!

I have tried a couple of formats *.mp4(from camera), AVI, and cineform AVI. It just says "The data type is not supported" (800288c0)
