				Removing viewfinder on EX3

			Yeah if you are using the EX3 on a Steadicam you have to remove the diopter for a couple of reasons. Most important is to be able to get dynamic balance without too much difficulty. It's also great as a second viewfinder when you are booming down or doing some gyrations where having a second monitor high up is handy. 
		
		
		
		
		
		
		
	There are a few threads on here about trying to remove the viewfinder. Unfortunately there are a whole bunch of thin wires that go between the handle and the viewfinder so there is no easy way to simply "detach" it.  |
