Shutter Angle Problem

I tried to set the shutter angle from off to manual at 180Deg but it keeps going auto. Is there some setting I have to do?

The green button (all-Auto) is Off?

If so, go to the Camera menu -> TLCS -> Auto shutter, and switch it off (sorry, forgot the exact name of the setting).

I want to fix the shutter speed at 25P. But when I try to select, the onl option i have is SHT: auto or SHT: off. In the menu i can set the shutter to 1/100 or 180 Deg. I have also tried to turn off the auto shutter under TLCS standard.

I just want to ensure the shutter is always 1/50 but I cant seem to force it. Only way is to set to shutter OFF but does that mean the shutter speed will be 1/25? Trying to reduce the strobing when panning.

I think shutter off= shutter on! when in 100i mode. and it's a 1/50th

With shutter off, it actually is 1/25th with 25p, or 1/50th with 50i (for PAL area, of course).
So, if yo're shooting 50i, it will never actually say 1/50th - it's either off (1/50th), or on with the next available speed (1/60, 1/100th...).
