Glidecam Seen on Food Channel

I was watching the Food Channel on cable TV when the show, "Feasting on Waves" came on. The idea of the show is that they travel from island to island on boats, tasting new foods as they go. What's cool about this show is that they have 3 cameramen using small prosumer HD cameras and they edit the show on laptop computers on the boat. Seen in several shots is a handheld Glidecam. I guess using a Glidecam kind of make sense, since it's small and can easily be stowed on a small boat.

Before anyone else chimes in and suggests "but the Merlin is smaller/lighter" I just thought I would say the thought of all that footage of stable succulent food is making me hungry....

Cool that you noticed the Glidecam.
