Is the Blackbird available in the uk ?
Hi All
I am interested in buying the Blackbird after reading some good reports about its performance on this forum, can you tell me if its available in the uk or will I have to import it from the states Thanks for any information |

Hi Tony
I went through the same thing here in Oz and ended up buying direct from them. I would shoot an email direct to them. I ended up 'talking' with Rich Greb himself and found him to be most helpful.

Tony, blackbird has it's headquarters in Spain. So you do not have to order it from the us. Also Spain is part of the EU:)

I have just sent an Email to their web site to check if there are any outlets in the uk, just in case the situation has changed. Any idea what I will get stung for on the vat and import duty ? Thanks for the replies |

Thanks Sean, I had already seen your review and that was part of the reason I chose the balckbird over the merlin
Colin, I bought the basic kit and the postage was $55 approx but I wont know the import duty I pay for sure untill it arrives but its about 22% |

I'm over here in Australia and got one last year direct from them.
Fast and easy no problems. It works great but will take abit of practicing. 7D is easy to fly on it, nice and light. |
