First Flight: Using the Merlin with the Sony A1U

Flying the Sony A1U with camera and larger battery

Well, that's my first flight and I can't wait to start getting better. The A1U rocks on the Merlin and the footage looks decent for using no additional lighting inside a house at night. You definitely need more light for this single chip but in a pinch it works.

The HD footage looks spectacular on my front projection setup even with the mediocre lowlight capture.

Gonna keep posting new stuff as I progress so check back often. :)

Good times, good times.

Cheers!
