Instructional DVDs for gifts ?

Would anyone kindly recommend a good DSLR or people photography DVD, preferably in a single DVD? I really like Bryan Peterson's "The Perfect Picture" DVD, excellent in both production and content. Most every background scene during his concise narrations is wonderfully composed and selected.

Though, I would like something that would show my relatives how to avoid the most basic photography mistakes with a focus on people photography. They continue to rpoduce 300 picture albums, uploading every picture they take. The few great shots are lost in the back-focused, out-of-focused, over-flashed albums of babies cringing and looking upward into the lens of very tall parents hovering directly over them.
