youtube livestreaming

im shooting a wedding saturday.bride wants me to stream for her grandparents to see.
im planning on renting a livestream box for hdmi input from my ex1.
not sure how to setup youtube streaming account.
i can set up on my home computer but when i get to church how do i tie in via the wireless connection at the church.
im clueless to the whole process.
anyone can walk me thru?

and is there a cost for utube.

I've never been able to figure this out myself, so as a last resort you can just rig an iPhone to your tripod next to the camera and stream using ustream directly from the iPhone.
