What kind of location release do I need?
Hi,
Just shot a 30-second spot for the Heniz Ketchup competition (www.topthistv.com) Anyway, I obtained permission from a local business to shoot inside their establishment. Because of the nature of the shoot, their logo appears in my footage. They are OK with it, but I was wondering what kind of release form I need to obtain from them so that the ad could run on national T.V.? Thanks, Jim |
