I have 2 sites at the moment, one for my work as an actor and another for the film group and both sites use Statcounter for monitoring.
It's a terrific service and it's free! - you can upgrade to paid storage if you want but as a free services it's amazing. I can see whenever someone logs on to the site, what search engine they used or which link, their city & country & ISP and what pages they looked at and how long they stayed.

I think they're an Irish company (nothing to do with me) I just think it's a great service and if you have a website for business (and I believe you should) this offers so much.
