Hello,
I came across this the other day. Is anyone familiar with his book and how much of it could extend to video/film?

Much of the paper is relevant. However, a VERY close reading of the paper will reveal a lot of "May" "Might" and "Could"s, also a lot of the legal rights vary from state to state.

Know your local laws.
