Music Question..
Alrighty here is my question. Lets say I want to use a sony..for example..Pardon Me by Incubus. If I had my friend and his band play the song and I record them, can I use the song in my video that I would be selling ? Or would I still need permission ? Help me out guys.

No because you would still need to clear the rights for the composition.
