Hey Paul, as long as you're here... (Tattoos)
I got into a discussion on another board, and began to wonder about the answer to this.
Who owns the rights to a tattoo, the artist or the body wearing it? I see tattoos in magazines all the time... If the tattoo artist owns it, should I make them sign a work-for-hire agreement when I get one done? Should I have the WFH agreement tattooed onto my body also, so it doesn't get lost? :)
