Rescheduling fee
Is it proper to put a rescheduling fee into a commercial contract? I'm having a tad issue and was wondering if a rescheduling fee would prevent some of my issues. I was thinking like after two reschedules, there would be a nominal fee.

Yes, absolutely. My friend had a 50% cancellation fee within 24 hours of call time. He got paid a half day rate to not work once.

Yes. Make it big. You can always waive it if you feel it's unwarranted.
50% cxl fee within 7 days, 100% within 48 hours. |
