Blackbeard Copyright Lawsuit Appealed to Supreme Court
The videographer accusing the N.C. Department of Natural and Cultural Resources and the State of North Carolina of copyright infringement regarding images related to the Queen Anne’s Revenge has filed an appeal with the U.S. Supreme Court to reverse a lower court’s July 2018 decision that favored the state.
