a little late
Hi,
Im the writer/director/producer of a feature indie. I am in the middle of production on my film and realized i dont have a contract signed between my executive producer and I. Does anyone have any suggestions or has ever been in a similarly awkward position? Any thoughts would be appriciated. |

I don't knwo what executive producer means. Did he give you all the money for production? Is he paying you a salary or fee or some other money, besides expenses? Do you still have the tapes? What is your role? What is your expectation? Who is more at risk without a contract, you or him? WHo will edit? Whose project is it? Who wrote it? [insret 200 more questions here].
You need to post a LOT more info if you want help. Short answer is call an attorney.
