24 fps look in ae or premeire

i have seen the posibilites of how the look of 24 fps compare to 30 (or 60 with interlacing) and i have found a tutorial on how to do it in ae, but it is very confusing for me, because i cannot find some things

i cannot find the the interpret footage part

i have 5.5 if that helps, and any help is apreiciated

Kevin: I don't have AE up right now, but you should be able to right click on the footage (after you import it, and it is in the top-left window) and click Interpret Footage-> Main. (I believe)
