Anamorphic and Optical lens Flare Tutorials??
Can someone point me in the right direction for Anamorphic and/or Optical Lens flare tutorials for Final Cut Pro or Motion? Or are these plugins?

There are plugins for this. I think the best is Knoll Light Factory, sold by Red Giant. There are also flares in packages like Boris, Sapphire and FX Factory.
