Welcome Steven...
Glad to meet someone who works in broadcast!
I don't live too far from you in Canton. Working in broadcast is something I have always wanted to do, but never got much futher than working at the local cable company learning how to direct and run camera and audio. What does a tecnical director do? How does one with some practical experience get into the business? Thanks, Craig

I met a guy at a networking event a couple of days ago who asked me how I got started. When I said that I did my undergrad degree in broadcasting he literally laughed out loud and said, "Why would you do that? There are no jobs in broadcasting." Nice to see someone proving him wrong, even if it couldn't be me. I'm exclusively video for the web these days.
Welcome. Kris |
