World Cup
If its okay with Chris, its time to start our World Cup thread so all the members can pipe in about their teams as we finish up the first round. So, my 2 teams are, of course, the US and Switzerland.

So........both my teams have gone down in flames yesterday and today....Ok, So go England and Germany!...oh, one of those will be gone tomorrow.....oh well, I'll go with .....................Brazil

Does anyone else see the irony in Sony promoting and sponsoring the world cup, yet the camera's being used are Grass Valley? :)

Germany looked very good against England, my pick in the final is Germany against Brazil and I'm going with Germany all the way :)

So, only thing standing between us Dutch and the finals now after we dealt with Brazil is Uruguay.. should be no big deal :)
Then a final vs Germany or Spain I suppose.. that will be a lot trickier.. |

Yesterday, Brazil fell for the Dutch tactics.....and poor Ghana...gonna win on a penalty shot and he HITS THE CROSSBAR!.....Anyway, Germany dismantled Argentina today and look solid for the finals.

Oh well, so much for Germany......I'll go with the Dutch on Sunday.....which means they probably won't with my track record....at least I'll be in Switzerland starting Friday!
