One more from Calgary

I've been a member of this forum for last 4 years and received great amount of info through various treads so I guess I should finally intro myself. Grey hair showing, I've worked in TV, film photography biz for over 30 years mostly in Calgary. Started in local TV then film through my own company shooting with CP16, Arri and Bolex. After Calgary went Betacam crazy and everyone was taking out third mortgage to get it I switched to corporate and industrial photography. Hey it was film, it just didn't move. Directed and edited few videos and half hour drama in the nineties but when DSLRs started making inroads it was deja vu to the days of tape versus film. That was until first affordable HD cameras started poping up and once again I was back to production. Now shooting with JVC GY-HD200 Canon 7D and 5D I once again feel like that time when I bought my 1st 16mm Bolex wind-up with 3 lens turret. The magic is back!

Thank's Chris for this great info packed forum!
