New Cali filmmaker sayin' hello...
Hello everyone, I'm from Southern California and co-run Placebo Productions. We're currently using a Canon GL2, Premiere and After Effects. We're producing for the internet currently, as part of the content for our site at http://www.placeboproductions.net
Anyways, I've already found a ton of useful info on this board, so thanks for all the good threads, Im sure Ill plenty of questions! -Syd

hey everyone, thanks for the hellos... well basically we work with short format films for the net. We'd like to work in a few genres, though our interest tend to shift toward horror and the surreal. We'd like to do some more comedic material, and are in pre-production on a comedic horror short film currently. If you would like to see something we are about to premiere check out http://placeboproductions.net/movies/2months.htm. Its a short about a writer that gets convinced to read a poem about his ex at an open mic night, and she unexpectedly shows up. The page hasnt been unveiled yet, so you guys are getting a preview ;)
