Videographer Travelling the World
Hi All,
I'm a 26 yo hobby videographer. I've been using a Canon XL1s and editing with Adobe Premiere for the past 2 years but am looking to up/down/cross-grade for my trip to a smaller camera and laptop..... but that's a different post. I mainly focus on filming surf, nature and music concerts/festivals/nightclubs. I'm currently based in Darwin, Australia but am heading off on a one year trip in May to Hawaii, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Nevada, Los Angeles, San Diego, Baja California, Mexico, Guatemala, Belize, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Miami, New York, Dublin, Galway, Cardiff, Morocco, Spain, Portugal, France, and the UK. I've been reading posts for the past year and have to say a straight up big thank you to Chris Hurd for his watchdog stuff on the xl1s, it moved me towards getting the camera and I've never looked back. Hope I can be a fraction as helpful as this forum has already been for me. Last edited by Justin Avery; March 19th, 2007 at 11:32 PM. Reason: forgot to put in where I was and where I was going |
