windows "save picture as"...question at DVinfo.net

I have a question that I'm sure has a simple answer, but I've searched the web and haven't found the answer (although I found the question posted several places!)

when right clicking on an image and choosing "save picture as...", a default "my pictures" file is selected as the target.

How do I change this default to a different folder on a different drive?

I continued to search and found if I choose "save target as..." one level up from the image, it will save it to the same folder as the previous image was saved into.
