Some people I talked to who go to film studies at ryerson got in because they were *persistent*. They'd call the office every week and would ask them questions if I remember correctly (it shows you're really interested in the program). There's lots of legitimate things you can ask them like how to get in contact with alumni to see what they think of the program.

You don't necessarily need luck to get in. :)

How'd I guess? Just a hunch. :-))

Ryerson has had a reputation for as long as I can recall. But as you probably don't know, Red River has produced a lot of TV journalists working for major US networks. :-))
