This is seriously the most amazing thing in the technological world I have seen in a very VERY long time. Download the free version of this software. It will blow you away.

Don't forget to check out moon.google.com. Be sure to zoom way in on the Apollo missions, it's cool.

It is cool! Old pictures though, at least three years old. Probably the ones that are unclassified.

THANKS...

Mike

Really neat tool. Weird though - I punched in Osama Bin Laden and it zoomed me in on Kansas. Spooooky.

I know it is not very current, but to be able to tell that I have one trash can, and my neighbor has two, out by the alley, is pretty amazing. And I can tell by the shadow that my shed is a bit larger than the other neighbor.

As a non-supported Mac user, I'm going to have to pretend that either this doesn't exist, or that it isn't that great.

Dammit!

Steve, when you zoom in on the shadow behind your shed, isn't that Chris Hurd? What's he doing at your house?

Checking out my HDTV setup? Lusting after my Sony HDR-FX1?

Nah! Chris lives a far piece down the road. Garland and San Marcos are 244 miles apart. Remember, Texas is a big place.

Besides, we have an alarm system on the house and any time we go anywhere for any decent length of time, the camera comes with me.
