I lived in the UK a long time ago and a homeless guy won the football pools. When asked what he would do with his millions he said "I'm going to buy a parrot for me mate, he's always wanted one." Such a beautiful selfless statement that I'll never forget.

Oh gosh .. probably the couple who in 1950, my Scottish dad from Ayr, told them, don't come to Australia unless you have the money to buy a house.
