e-commerce video database solutions at DVinfo.net

Our college is looking for some type of video database that will allow us on the net to stream catalog, pay per view etc...

One database that we found is e-motion. Does anyone have any others I can research?

I'm not sure what you mean by "allow us on the net to stream catalog, pay per view etc...

Is your college looking to provide some type of distance learning facility? What is the objective (outside of profit)?
