UWOL 27 Theme Announcement!! at DVinfo.net

It's September 2 and I'm late! So the deadline for this challenge has been set at October 2, 11:59 p.m. your time.

As I said in another thread, the theme that popped into my head a few days ago embarrasses me now that I didn't get it posted yesterday as was the plan. It may be a little odd--I don't know since, frankly, I haven't had time to think it through to see how easy or hard it might be for UWOL. But here goes...for better or worse, the theme for UWOL 27 is: TIMING
