UWOL 40 - Postcard from Fidel - Paul Wood
Just a playful little idea, filmed using an iPhone and GoPro, and with Hector providing the Spanish voice of Fidel. I toyed with the idea of other animals sending postcards, but obviously, with Fidel on my doorstep, the choice was a lot easier!! Any Feedback welcome! |

I guess it's feedback time!
This was quirky but did stay with the theme, the interior shots were novel but were a bit jarring compared to the garden shots. I'm not familiar with the iPhone but it seemed the image was a bit soft eh? The narration was needed and gave it good context rather than just text appearing. Well done Rob

Hi Paul,
This was a new and humoristic type of film from you. Cool! Seems like Fidel has a good time with the new family. I agree with Rob that the narration was essensial for the story. I enjoyed watching your film. |

Paul this was a different idea. The one thing I felt off was the colour balance of your gopro shots. Other than that it was pretty good.

Paul,
I am kind of a bird guy so I loved the canary. I particularly liked the canary perspective. the voice over was soft and gentle and fit the video. much enjoyed look forward to seeing more videos of yours in the future.
