Need some recommendations

Hey the agency I am working for are looking into buying lcd monitors for our control room. Here are the spec's we're looking for. Any help of suggestions would awesome.

1) be at least 17" measured diagonally 16 x 9

2) Analog TV reception, DTV (8VSB) TV reception, Digital TV (Quam works with/without smart card) all coming within one cable connection and all accessible without changing modes.

3) Input/Output connections at least 1 each
a) Standard Video vie RCA & Stereo audio vie RCA connectors
b) Standard S-video vie 4 pin & Stereo audio vie RCA connectors
c) HDMI
d) VGA (would be nice but....)

4) Resolution will be 720P or better (min pixel count 1024 x 768)

5) Remote shall be Infra Red Remote NOT RF (this is to stop cross TV remotes to other TV’s)

6) Will not exceed $700

7) Each TV must accept a 75 or 100 mm VESA type mount.

8) Speakers mounted below the video display
