Enjoyed it, great documentary feel to the piece, as I was present there!
Possibly would have loved to get to know the bride a little more.. one thing noticed was CC, at times color was a bit yellowish. |

The gear you've got means little - it's how you use it and that was great. It gave a real sense of being there, it was fun, jumpy, lively - you could follow along with the preparation and anticipation and I liked him talking to camera at the end.
One thing that did occur to me was in relation to the bride - you didn't show much of her I assume because it was a groom prep but I wonder how it would have turned out if you had just shown closeup images, just the earing or the hand etc giving more of a sense of mystery or anticipation. I don't know if that would even work but I might try it. |

Hey guys, thanks for the feedback.
Funny you should mention the bride! Typically, I wouldn't put her in this section at all. I did this time only because I didn't like the song they chose for the groom prep. It seemed more suited to the bride. So I tried to make it look like he's anticipating seeing her, and put an image of her every time the song said she was beautiful. That's why I used her face, and not detail shots. Any Italians? At the end toast one of the guests says the groom can finally have 'scopate legale' now that he'll be married. I was sure if I should put it in, but it was funny. Cheers. |

Vito...
very entertaining video to watch, didn't fast forward a single second. I really liked what you did with your zooms. That must have been a fun group of guys to be around. The scopate legale part was funny, nothing wrong with it. It fits well with what the gentleman before him was saying anyways. The only part of the video that i was displeased about was that they are Juventis fans. Che Schifo! Steve |
