Our first wedding of 2010- Carrie & Nathan in Winnipeg
Kren Barnes Kren Barnes is offline May 6th, 2010, 09:39 AM

Our first wedding of 2010. The placing of our cameras was very challenging due to the unconventional church configuration.
(we had to ditch the 180' rule) We've taken into heavy consideration all the feedbacks we've received in this forum regarding our previous videos so your thoughts/opinions on this one are greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Kren

Hi Kren. Thought it was very nice. Loved some of the shots espcially the bride sitting on the floor and the closing one. One thing it's not my cup of tea is the slow and long zooms but that is a matter of personal taste. Also I liked that I saw two favorite brands at some point, Iron Maiden shirt and Modern Warfare logo! -:) All in all, good mood, good job.

hahaha! you caught that too eh? Since i'm also a fan of both Iron Maiden and Modern Warfare 2 i had to find a way to include that in the video somehow !

Cheers!

Hi Kren,

This is what I thought of your clip:

- nice close up steadicam during dance

- nice ending shot

- would love some natural audio in it

- white balance a bit off in some clips indoor

- love the use of the father's speech in the begining, however though I would probably not cut it to B&G kissing since it is such a big moment to be put in the beginning. And I would probably start cue the song earlier so that the cut happens when the the song says "hey" but I guess its a matter of personal preference.

Keep up the great work :)

Santo
