FLV JW Media Player - Preview fame

I notice that many of you here are using the JW Media Player for your FLV Player on your sites. I got everything to work through http://www.jeroenwijering.com/extras/wizard.html including the preview image but when i load it to my site through FTP the page will load with a white box and no preview image or controls to play the movie....

any ideas on what i am doing wrong? I currently have the swf file, preview image .jpg, flv movie, and everything else needed to make it work loaded onto my site....but i'm obviously missing something. thanks for the help.

ok, i just took a quick look for you...

stupid question but just to make sure: i assume you actually downloaded the player from his site, not just used the wizard page and code on its own?

make sure you have the .flv and .swf in the same directory etc

It's confusing actually coz the code on the wizard page uses mediaplayer.swf, but his downloaded zip folder contains flvplayer.swf...

anyone else like to chip in here?

Yes, i have both the .flv and .swf file on the directory. Basically i copied everything from the folder to my directory. I also changed the name of the "mediaplayer.swf" to "flvplayer.swf"....

I have gotten the basic "single file" player to work, but what i'm really wanting to do as well is have an image preview instead of just the black box with a white arrow in it.....check out my website www.zandlproductions.com and you can see what all i got done. thanks for the help.
