does anyone use the Sony HVR HD1000U?

just wondering if anyone out there is using this camera for weddings... if so whats everyone's opinion on it? Right now i'm using a GL2 and would like to upgrade my camera sometime in the near future... any suggestions?
Looking with something that has a good "steady shot".

Not sure if the single 1/3" CMOS sensor in that thing would be up to the task but sure, I'd be curious too if anybody has used it. I doubt it can handle a reception without upgrading your lighting arsenal though.
