Destination Events

I have a question. For destination events, once you send out a sample and price sheet when do you typically try to get back in touch with the possible client? Do you give it a week or a few days? Also do you get in contact by phone or email with the initial contact being by email. Thanks for taking the time to read and answer with your opinions.

If the sample and info were sent via email then I check back the same day. If mailed out, then I check within a few days. My motto is that it's always better to contact to early rather than too late.
