Thanks for the great advice people. I have picked up pointers from all the advice given.

1. I gave the album to the Groom who signed the contract.
2. I made sure that he signed a delivery receipt that he received the album in good order and that I have fulfilled my obligation.
3. I gave the Bride a copy of the wedding video.
