Your Canon 7D Picture Settings for Weddings?

What picture settings are you using for your weddings when you don't want to color grade?

Do you have the HTP (Highlight Tone Priority) turned on or off?

Also what settings do you prefer if you do color grade?

What ISO's do you stay away from when shooting in daylight and dark receptions?

Thanks

Hmm I would like to know what others use.. but I usually turn off my HTP and use the portrait colour tone. I do minor color grading in editing. During prep I usually work at ISO400-800 and at night at ISO1000-1250.. although I've used ISO1600 when it's too dark and I'm on a steadicam.
