Canon LEGRIA HF R406 or Sony HDR-CX240E/B ?

Hi, we are a wedding story movie company, and our current team size is 2. We use Canon 5D Mark3 for our footages.

Now the problem is, in the big weddings, its getting tough to get the shots from all the angles, so Im thinking to get 1 extra camera for one of my assistant, who can at least shoot something, which we can use.

So, instead of getting another 5D Mark3, I thought of getting a HD camcorder.

Can someone suggest which one to get ?
Canon LEGRIA HF R406 or Sony HDR-CX240E/B ?

Or any other suggestion ?

another question, can the footages come at par with the 5D Mark 3 footages at least for 50% ?

We wont be using that for indoor or night or low light, as I know, those camcorders can't handle that.

Will just use it for the bright sunny day outdoors.

Please suggest!
