Rehearsal Dinner and what to charge?

I've had several brides ask me recently to film their rehearsal dinners. On average, the dinners take about 3 hours and they're primarily looking for the toasts. How much do you guys usually charge for rehearsal coverage? And how do you include it in the final wedding video? Thanks!

About $1,000 and yes it's on the final video.

Will negotiate somewhat depending on what else they are buying... but I'm losing a whole Friday evening, so it's a premium price.

Thanks Kyle! You bring up a great point that is currently my biggest issue... How much is it worth losing bookings for that day?

I have a $700 three hour package. $200/hr after that.
