64 bit and Vegas

Has anyone run Vegas 8 on Vista (64 bit) or XP 64 bit? I would love to see my excess memory utilized. Have wondered about this for awhile. I just can't imagine what kind of performance increase might occur with 8Gb of memory, and if Vegas can't use it, I suppose windows would have more to use for multi-tasking.

Well... I have tested Vegas 7e on win XP pro x64 with 4GB RAM..
I can't see any improvements or a faster PC comparing to run Win XP pro x86 with only 3GB visible...

I would rather have some 2GB DDR3 RAM with maybe 1600 MHz.
