Why does Vegas split scenes when capturing?
Why does Vegas split scenes when capturing SOMETIMES...?
Even when I have it checked not to do it. It seems it only happens rarely and I was wondering if it happens to anyone else here? THANKS

I've never experienced this, but it occurs to me that if you're capturing to a disk formatted with a file system (like FAT 32) that dictates a maximum file size, Vegas will have to capture as separate files once the file size limit is reached for a given clip.
Is your disk formatted to FAT 32? If it's NTFS (no size limit for all practical purposes), then it would have to be something else. |
