Easy... I do it all the time.
Pan and Crop Keyframes are your friend, as are 3d track motion KF's but not to that much of an extent for something like this.

Although you can position and animate objects in pseudo-3d space in Vegas, you don't have a virtual camera to move around them. That means you have to simulate travelling through the objects by moving them 'towards you' (if that makes sense). It's do-able, but by no means straightforward.

I would suggest this is a job for After Effects rather than Vegas.

There was a veg file posted a couple of years or so ago that was really good for fly through. It was called "Ruth's 80th FlythroughEX.veg". It uses track motion.
