NTSC vs Default Template (Uncompressed)
What's the difference between rendering NTSC vs Default Template (uncompressed) when rendering .avi files?
I am converting a batch of vegas projects into flv files for play on the web. since Vegas doesn't do conversion to flv, I'm rendering out avi's then rendering the avi's via another program. The size difference is someting like X10, but I don't see huge difference in quality with final product. Am I missing something? |
Jeff,
I've never rendered flvs either but in messing around with the 2 formats I have not seen any differenece in quality but the size of uncompressed will kill ya. ;-) Uncompressed is great to maintain an Alpha channel. Don |
Thanks Don!
